For those who crave authentic Chinese and Szechuan cuisine, award-winning Chef Peter Chang is set to debut his latest culinary destination at Stamford Town Center in late summer. This is the restaurateur’s first location in Connecticut.
“It is an honor that Peter Chang selected Stamford Town Center as the destination for his first restaurant in Connecticut,” said General Manager Dan Stolzenbach. “Peter has a tremendous following and we are extremely pleased to add his unique culinary talents to our lineup.”
Located near The Capital Grille, Kona Grill, and Pieology in Stamford Town Center’s restaurant Plaza, the 6,010 sq. ft. Peter Chang Stamford restaurant will boast a modern, yet classic design to allow Chang’s menu to take center stage. Seating for approximately 120 will include booths and large round tables, perfect for family-style dining.
Peter Chang is a two-time James Beard Award finalist and owns eleven restaurants throughout Virginia, Maryland and now Connecticut. Chang is known for creating signature Szechuan dishes and fan favorites including Duck in a Stone Pot, Chicken with Onion and Chili and Dry-Fried Eggplant. While Peter Chang’s family of restaurants continues to grow, his quest for quality remains the same with cuisine comprised of only the finest and freshest ingredients.
Peter Chang Stamford will be open every day for lunch and dinner.
